THE NATIONAL
BETA CLUB
The National Beta Club is a student honor society based on high academic achievement, excellent character, and good citizenship. The purpose of the National Beta Club is to promote “the ideals of honesty, service, morality, ethical conduct, and leadership among secondary school students, to reward meritorious achievement, and to encourage and assist students in continuing their education after high school.”

The requirements for this service club are that students have a minimum grade of 90 in all their classes and maintain good personal character. The SIA Beta Club is a valuable service to those in need and will help organize and raise money for various organizations. Students will also participate in service ministries throughout the year. National Beta Club is also valuable documentation for college applications and also gives away 250,000 dollars worth of college scholarships to participating seniors each year. The National Beta Club promotes character, develops leadership skills, encourages service involvement, and recognizes achievement to students in high school.

FEES: A one-time fee of $30.00 collected for both the local and National Beta Club dues. Returning members pay $20 annually.

FELLOWSHIP OF CHRISTIAN ATHLETES (FCA)
Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) is a Christian based and student led club. The club will develop and participate in outreach projects, hold Bible studies, and have fellowship. Guest speakers also come to share their inspirational testimonies. You do not have to be an athlete to join FCA.
HONOR SOCIETY
To be eligible for membership in the MAIS and SIA Honor Society high school members must maintain a 93 or above cumulative grade average. Character requirements include integrity, positive behavior, ethics, cooperation, reliability in the community and school, and maturity in the classroom.
