The Lady Feds hosted a charity softball game Monday night where they had a unique opportunity to play against their parents. With a little circumvention, i.e. cheating, by the parents, they were able to bring the score to 10-12 with the Lady Feds winning by 2 points.
In total, the event raised $1300 which will be donated to the Chandler Ross Benefit Fund. Chandler is a former SIA student who was recently diagnosed with osteosarcoma, a rare bone cancer. He is currently being treated at St. Judes in Memphis.
