Tell us a little bit about yourself, your background, your interests, etc.
I grew up in Cleveland, MS and graduated from Cleveland High School and Delta State. I worked at the second largest ad agency in Alabama straight out of college as an Account Executive. I decided to teach years later and go back to school. I've been married almost 13 years to Leighton and have two beautiful daughters, Elliot and Katie Grace.

If you could wake up in the morning and start a new adventure, what would it be?
I would have a coffee shop!
What is your favorite thing about teaching?
When students get excited about a subject or topic, it makes me excited.
When your're not working, how do you spend your time?
Cooking, sewing, camping or reading
What might we be surprised to know about you?
My college degree is in Business Administration. Also, I taught myself how to sew.
